These terms govern the text messages sent from KontextIQ LLC's toll-free number. They accompany our SMS messaging & consent page and privacy & data handling policy.

The program

KontextIQ LLC operates a single toll-free number that sends internal operational alerts — sales-inbox notifications and system-health alerts — to the business owner's own mobile number. This is not a marketing program. No customer, patient, prospect, or other third party receives messages from this number, and there is no subscriber list.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency is recurring; estimated volume is low, fewer than 100 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply, charged by the recipient's own mobile carrier.

Opting out and getting help

The recipient can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or remove the number from the internal tooling configuration. Reply HELP, or email zachdissington@kontextiq.com, for assistance. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Privacy

Mobile information tied to this number is used only to deliver these internal operational alerts. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
